Here’s some good news for those who are planning to visit the Bogatha waterfall, also known as Telangana’s Niagara.
It is the second biggest waterfall in the State, Bogatha waterfall presents a splendid spectacle of falling waters and rich landscape and therefore, aptly gets the epithet the Niagara of Telangana.
Bogatha Waterfalls is located on the Cheekupally stream in Koyaveerapuram G, Wazeedu Mandal, Jayashankar Bhupalpally district, Telangana.
The tourist can now visit the place and enjoy the spectacular view of the waterfall as the Cheekupally stream, on which the fall is located, has already started receiving good inflows. Though the water flows throughout the year, the stream generally receives heavy inflows during the monsoon and offers a breathtaking view.
The waterfalls are surrounded by dense forest, hills and water streams and one can see many tribal hamlets nearby. The waterfalls can be seen at its best between the end of June to November when there is enough water to enjoy the best.

- From Bhadrachalam, village Koyaveerapuram G can be reached by road. Bhadrachalam can be easily reached from Hyderabad by road.
